Cowboy is very likeable from the onset, I mean who doesn't like a little rodeo with a darker side? But underneath it all we see a softer side to him, he is a sensitive soul m Sparks fly when Daisy and Cowboy meet and she aptly lives up to her name that Cowboy has for her, Wildcat. She is not what you expect, neither good girl nor quiet. She's brash, confrontational and not beyond using her sex appeal to get what she wants.

The pair are constantly toe to toe with each other but find that despite what has gone before they begin to care for each other and ultimately start their relationship, it's quite explosive to say the least.

It feels like there is alot going on in this book but really there isn't, it seems to focus on the relationship between Daisy and Cowboy and not the crux of the story, finding Rose. I thought that was going to be the main story when in reality it isn't quite. I felt there was too much play on other characters as if in preparation for following books, however the character development was really very good throughout.

I found one teary moment but I think it was more the reasoning behind it than the actual moment in the book. I didn't find it very dark, although the synopsis gave it the premise that it could be and that disappointed me a little, I wondered if perhaps the author was a little afraid to go all in in fear of it being "too" dark and thus having less reader target after all dark is not everyone's cup of tea.

There were alot of silly mistakes through out the book, an over use of certain words consistently which annoyed the heck out of me at times the word "then" used 4 times in two paragraphs but it didn't really spoil the overall flow of the book. A solid piece of writing otherwise. It's a good story, sassy and gritty. Good enough to encourage me to continue on with the series.

I do feel that with each release the work will be better as there are some good stories to be had in the form of Duke and Shep. So for me it's a 4 out of 5 and looking forward to the rest : review 2: I give this a 5 out of 5 Cowboy stars. Oh holy hell. This is one hot book filled to the rim with twist and hotness.

Cowboy is on a mission for the Four Horsemen in Raptor territory when he sees her. This woman with blonde hair and wicked body. She is not like the other girls in the club but he didn't know exactly how wild she was. Daisy was a ex Marine on a mission. She was looking for her sister and she knew her sister was taken by a biker named Rock of the Raptor MC.

She was spirited and focused. Daisy and Cowboy didn't start off on the right foot. Daisy had her own judgments about MC clubs.

When Cowboy cornered her in her hotel room things got a little dicey. She finally let Captain, Shepherd, and Cowboy in on her mission they agreed to help her. Not knowing exactly how things were going to work between Cowboy and Daisy, her working in a Raptor club was very risky.

After months of no leads one night would change things for everyone. It has a lot of the typical MC features but with some added bonuses. I loved Cowboy and his take charge attitude. He hides a lot behind his tough exterior. He hasn't had the easiest life and has lost some people really close to him but he has chosen to try and move on. He doesn't really realize he is missing something until Daisy dances her way into his bed and heart.

Ex-Marine Daisy is going undercover, by uncovering it all. Every night the pretty blonde wraps herself around a pole in a club owned by the Raptors MC. The bikers are involved in her sister's disappearance.
