I love the squishiness of the organs and how they are kind of sticky so they stick to each other.

If they get dirty or get lint you can easily wash them with water and they become sticky again. The only problem I've had is that the hard plastic parts ribs and foot are difficult to put on and come apart and if the ribs fall out then the organs fall out.
