Clicking on app icons some, not all produced the error. The resolution boiled down to that this iPad was running iOS A pop-up appeared requesting to download an older version of the app since the current version requires Did not work for me, as soon as I restarted the phone, the sqlite downloads came right back, and the error message continued showing up.

OMGosh, only dealt with this error couple days after trying to download music from my cloud.. This is a great fix, and resolved!! Thank you! Just updated to IOS Downloaded Phoneview and deleted the files, rebooted, no luck. Did it again and followed up with an iTunes update — deleted unused apps and added a playlist and synced the phone.

You are a lifesaver! Months of aggravation are now over. It seems to have worked perfectly. The message that appears says: "Account Not in this Store - Your account is not valid for use in the U. S Store. You must switch to the U. K store before purchasing". The store changed to U. S a while ago when i tried to download and app that was only available in the U. A prompt appeared on screen asking if I wanted to switch to which I said yes , but the download still didn't work and I have since been unable to switch back and therefore do anything on the app store.
